This is a versatile table press that can exert considerable force. It can be used to compress ball bearings, bushings, pins and similar items with ease. Quick adjustments are made by utilizing knobs with embedded nuts. The force is then applied to the plunger through an excenter mechanism built into the levers. The total travel distance of the plunger is approximately 10mm. A usable clearance between the threaded rods is 90 mm. You can attach custom parts to the plunger or bottom plate using M4 bolts or create your own customized components (dies) by printing them. For instance, you can craft intricate Christmas tree ornaments from rusting sheet metal by twisting it in a device as depicted in the images. This gives your tree a heavy-duty appearance. To enhance the overall customer experience, consider printing it with yellow filament.
