This 3D model was originally built using Sketchup 13 before being converted to all other 3D formats. Extracting textures from a .skp file is easy with the right software: With Sketchup (free), just export an image as a 2D file under File/Export/2D Graphic. Another option is to go to File->Export->3D Model, exporting it as a COLLADA File (*.dae) and checking Export Texture Maps. Then find all textures in a folder with the exported file name. With Cinema 4D (trial version sufficient), importing .skp files generates a texture folder next to the .skp file. In 3ds Max, when the .skp file is imported, textures are stored in ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages. You can also export an FBX file with embed media option selected.
