Table lamp

A plywood table top lamp. A small LED is integrated in at the arm. The food has two AAA batteries. The head is from plexiglass and although it looks 3D, it simply is 2D. To assemble 1) after cutting all plywood parts, glue the two pieces of the arm on one of the arm's side panels, creating the opening/corridor for the LED, resistor and wires. 2) solder the resistor to the LED and connect the wires. Place all in the arm. The LED should stick-out at the top. Also place the nut in the space at the bottom. 3) glue the second side panel to the arm, creating a closed arm with the wires sticking out at the bottom. 4) assemble the foot. Glue together all layers, except the bottom which is screwed at the end. The top layer has the opening for the switch. Followed are 3 equal layers. The last one to glue has the opening for a bolt to mount the arm. 5) Mount the arm. Place it in the opening of the foot and fix it with the M3 bolt. 6) Place the switch and battery holder and complete the wiring. You might want to try and see if it works. 7) Cut the plexiglass lamp from 4mm transparent plexiglass. You get best results if you turn off the air blower. First engrave the oval using the lamp_engrave file. Adjust the power of you laser not to cut through the plexiglas. Then cut out the lamp. Both files should line up perfectly. 8) Mount the lamp on the arm. Enjoy :-)
