Printing a high-quality insert for my bandsaw was a breeze using my customizable insert generator, which I highly recommend checking out. The generated insert perfectly fits my Craftsman 12" model #119.224000, and likely others as well. To print the insert, I used blue PLA with a layer height of 0.30mm, 10% infill, and two shells. The result was a snug and precise fit that didn't require any modifications.
