Making a minimalist table base requires just basic computer-aided design skills or access to software like Fusion 360. Simply create a cylinder with dimensions that suit your needs, then subtract another cylinder from the top to form the foot of the table. You can use this model as a reference if you prefer, but I highly recommend investing in Fusion 360 for more advanced capabilities. This particular design is 7mm high, 26mm wide, and has an inner diameter of 22mm, with a depth of 5mm.
