I imported my design into Cura 15.04.6 and separated the components. Thanks to Spanland for creating an amazing design on Thingiverse! Update: Someone suggested a way to add gears to the housing, so I split the part in two, printed each half separately, inserted the gear, and glued them together. Additionally, I separated all individual parts. Check out the design on Tinkercad.
