Table Clamp

Table Clamp

I have several spools of wire that are quite a mess. To keep things tidy, I was either taping the loose end of the wire or simply pushing it into the wire. A plastic clip seemed like a far better way to hold it in place, and here is the result. The spools I am using are typically available from Fry's and Micro Center. They measure around 50mm in diameter when fully loaded and go down to about 30 mm empty. I designed two sizes for each of two reel heights: one for a spool that's almost completely full, and another for a mostly empty spool. Unfortunately, I don't have an almost-empty spool on hand, so I was unable to test the smaller size; however, it should work without issue. Print Settings: Printer: XYZ Da Vinci 1.0 Rafts: The choice is irrelevant. Supports: They are not necessary either. Resolution: It's set to .3 Infill: It's at a rate of 10% Notes: This print didn't require anything out of the ordinary. A simple glue stick was all it took to keep everything stuck together, so rafts and supports weren't needed.
