Table clamp allows you to mount the Makita PW5100C
prusaprinters
This table clamp allows you to mount the Makita PW5100C to a rock grinding table. It holds the PW5001C in its intended downward position, while allowing you full access to the polishing pad. Having it in the down position also makes it easier for you to see the part of the stone/rock you are polishing.WATER SPLASHES:The design has no splash protection, so it does not constantly spray with water. For me this is not a problem, but it might be for some. I may design you a backsplash at a later date.SPACES:This print is set up for 0.2mm gap on mating parts. This ogura seems to work very well on my Bambu P1S. So for the threaded screw, there is a total clearance of 0.4mm (0.2 for each side). There is also a 0.2mm clearance between the two tracks joining the two parts. This was originally printed with a Bambu P1S, with a 0.6 high flow nozzle with Duramic PLA+. However, you should be able to print this perfectly fine with a 0.4 nozzle and any other type of PLA.UPDATE:I added nozzle files 0.6 and 0.4 for OrcaSlicer. I have only used the 0.6 file (shown in the video). I also set one to 0.4, but I didn't print it myself, so it may vary; however, I see no reason why the 0.4 nozzle file wouldn't print as well. The part with a 0.4 nozzle requires less material (almost 100 g less). I attribute this to thinner infill walls.
