To secure side plates of lexan to my printer, I utilize tabs that accommodate 1/4" or thicker plastic. These tabs hold 1/8" lexan to 1/4" acrylic using 5/8" long 1/4-20 screws. Notably, window tab 2 features a round part measuring .2" in thickness for holding .25" plastic pieces tightly. Additionally, window tab 2 265 has a round section with a .265" thickness, providing a relatively snug fit that can be fully tightened down.
