This is a significantly refined T800 model with extensive subdivisioning and smoothing techniques implemented, resulting in 90 percent reduction of necessary sanding before painting when printed at a layer thickness of approximately 0.2mm. The original design was impressive but ultimately suffered from an imperfect squareness on the edges due to print resolution limitations. To prepare it for eventual spray electro primer application and electroplating, a perfectly smooth surface is essential. Cleaning up this intricate model proved challenging; numerous attempts at correction led to substantial detail loss and partial tooth dissolution, only to be rescued by subsequent refinements that successfully preserved both texture and surface smoothness. Notwithstanding progress made so far, a bit more attention to detail is required to perfect the inner top section of the model.
