Created with Customizer! https://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 Using the following settings: Motor shaft diameter: 6.55 Pulley bearing diameter: 42.5 Number of M3 nut flats: 7.2 Additional tooth depth: 0.2 Number of teeth: 24 Retainer height: 2.5 Profile height: 6 Number of M3 nuts: 3 Nut angle: 120 degrees Nut shaft distance: 2 units Pulley body height: 7.2 Idler bearing diameter: 42.5 Idler housing height: 2.5 Pulley top hat: 26 units To assemble, start with the motor shaft installed and proceed to install each M3 nut in turn. Each nut should be secured with an M3 hex key at a 120-degree angle. The remaining assembly process is as follows: First, place a pulley bearing on either side of the first set of teeth on one face of the pulley. Next, attach an additional tooth depth spacer (as needed) to the second row of teeth from the first and add one more row of M3 nuts. Repeat this process for the second pulley section before continuing with each nut assembly. When completing a pair or multiple units in sequence always begin with one M3 bolt attached at an angle perpendicular to both ends while using a socket wrench. Once all M3s are tightened close up all edges carefully using needle-nose pliers so as not ensure correct placement around center line when complete you'll be able secure remaining elements of the assembly correctly, then you can add another layer or attach one set per time depending your design.
