Experience hassle-free belt tensioning with this simple parameterized tool, eliminating the need to disassemble components. The compact design allows for effortless installation, adjustment, and removal. Clip two printed parts onto the belt, facing opposite directions as shown in my photo, then fold them over each other and secure with an M3 bolt (30mm) and nut. Adjust tension until desired level is achieved. For enhanced durability, you may opt for a higher percentage of plastic during printing. Happy tightening!
