Screw profile chosen with standard square corners. Height of base plate determined at 8 millimeters. Height of idler adjusted to 1.5 millimeters. Distance from nut shaft measured precisely at 1.2 millimeters. Length of toothed part optimized for optimal performance at 6 millimeters. Nut shape selected as circular. Number of teeth on gear calculated at exactly 12. Retainer height set to 1.5 millimeters. Profile chosen with sharp edges and corners.
