Unable to locate identical pulleys for my project, I designed a custom one with a smaller bottom section compared to others on Thingiverse. The dimensions of this pulley include a 4mm hole and is designed for M3 lock screw. To simplify usage, I've also included a 2D drawing of the part to ensure a seamless fit in your project without needing to download the model and measure manually.
