A T2.5 belt motor pulley with 16 teeth is compatible as a drop-in replacement for an 8-tooth T5 pulley. Some users claim it's essential but I initially doubted this. The print was done using PLA, with a 0.35 nozzle, 0.20 layer height, and 0.36 tracks per layer, taking 10 seconds per layer. Sourced from droftarts' Thingiverse model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11256), but my modifications were tailored specifically for this pulley size, making the .scad file less suitable for publication.
