This 3D printable is based on a design from Thingiverse.com, created using their Customizer app. Here's how to assemble it: Using these settings: - Two screws are located at the top and bottom. - The diameter of the base plate is 20 units. - One belt retainer holds the gear in place. - Twenty teeth are featured on each toothed part. - A motor shaft with a 5 unit diameter drives this device. - Each idler measures 1.5 units high, with some being raised above others for optimal clearance. - Two distinct types of nuts will be installed; circular and cylindrical versions depending upon preferences - both serve different purposes nonetheless! - Screws protrude outwards through each profile segment where possible but aren't needed everywhere due limitations like height restrictions preventing deeper insertion depth sometimes required.
