This is an evolving design rather than a polished product. The concept revolves around transforming the TWCS throttle into a genuine linear throttle and eliminating the unappealing link bar. You can seamlessly integrate this modified sled and gearbox into any custom enclosure, or even use it as a foundation for an entirely DIY throttle. Please note that this sled is not compatible with the original TWCS enclosure in any way; its purpose lies within custom-made enclosures. The only essential components needed to achieve this conversion are listed below. The design cleverly reuses the same potentiometer from the TWCS, which has been relocated to the gearbox attached to the movable sled. Throttle travel distance amounts to 90mm, thus extending it by 7mm compared to the standard TWCS.
