Circular holder for 15 T12 tips maintains tip alignment with precision, even when using a relatively low cylinder that demands tight tolerances - just 0.3mm ID for the barrels. As a result, the maximum calibration error for the 3D printer is approximately 0.05mm/mm. Prior to use, cleaning and/or sanding may be required if residue accumulates inside the barrels for any reason. The support in the image is crafted from ABS material, with a 0.1mm layer height and 0.3mm extrusion diameter. T12 tips should be inserted upwards; inserting them at an angle or upside down risks causing movement, potentially resulting in damage to the support structure, especially if the tips are hot.
