Clamp/Collar for 12mm diameter T12 Lead Screw with 6mm Lead, also available in popular T8 and couplings for both diameters - check out my other listings. This clamp flexes to hold the shaft securely, requiring two M3 nuts and bolts, which I used at 15mm long. Printing this design will heavily rely on your machine's tolerances. If it's too tight or loose, try scaling accordingly. Note that small variations can significantly impact results - aim for a snug fit without compromising screwing ease. Additionally, the tapered threads at each end differ slightly, with the tapered one facing upwards to prevent flimsy overhangs and make installation smoother. I printed mine in ABS. I created this design and similar parts for use on my CNC machine, which employs these clamps to secure the lead screw before compressing two bearings against either side for pre-load. However, I'm confident there are numerous other applications - enjoy experimenting!
