Safety always comes first when dealing with firearms. Use your head at all times. This replacement part is not perfect, nor is it a permanent solution. You are accountable for any damages or injuries that occur while using this product. Be smart and be safe to leave the range unharmed. This plastic part can melt if heated too much, even though it would be difficult to heat the bolt enough to cause damage. If the part breaks off, disassembling the gun will likely be a challenge. My brother's T03-99 experienced a charging handle failure. Apparently, this happens to every one of these guns eventually. The issue seems to stem from poor design rather than subpar parts quality. I speculate that the mass of the charging handle causes stress when the bolt strikes the stop and breaks the original charging handle. That is why I designed it short and simple. Replacement parts are nonexistent, gunsmiths are expensive, and making one out of metal would be too time-consuming for me. My printed part has survived basic torture tests, but that's why I printed multiple spares. I suggest using PETG as it offers some temperature resistance and chemical resistance. However, I strongly advise against using PLA as gun oil can make the part brittle and cause it to fail quickly. Print spares with 100% infill and lay them flat.
