When attaching the end caps, users should avoid applying excessive glue pressure, as this can damage the delicate design. Instead, they can use hot glue to create a loose seal, leaving room for future modifications or additions such as LED lights or EL wire. For those looking to enhance their model with an EL wire effect, users can fill the double helix tubes with alcohol ink and then insert EL wire through one of the holes. To facilitate this process, a small piece of wire can be bent into a loop and used to fish the EL wire through, making it easier to thread and secure.
