This is a custom t-slot track designed specifically for a crosscut sled on my table saw, and it's about to get a major upgrade. Coming soon: photos of this masterpiece in action! For now, let me tell you how I've managed to save a small fortune by printing my own tracks instead of shelling out $30+ for aluminum ones. The prints measure around 6" long, with two tapped screw holes strategically placed for easy installation. What's more, the slot is engineered to work seamlessly with an M8 bolt - and I'm confident that a 5/16 bolt will do the trick too. I've created two separate files: one for those who prefer to use just a bolt, and another with a slightly wider slot that allows me to slip in an extra washer inside the track for added stability and precision.
