This repository contains OpenScad files for T-Slot profiles similar to Misumi's, allowing customization of size and shape with options like 2020, 2040, 4040, 2060, and 2080. Note that the latter might cause printing issues. The 4040 x 100 took approximately 9 hours on a TOM printer. The nut and corner parts are still under development. I printed these components using the following settings: 100% infill, layer height of .3mm, no shells, feed rate of 30mm/s, raftless, and without supports. However, ReplicatorG struggles to save GCode for larger sizes like 4060 x 100 or 4080 x 100 as a s3g file on the SD card, causing it to crash due to file size limitations.
