These custom hinges seamlessly integrate with popular 20mm T-slot aluminum extrusions and are conveniently reinforced with precisely drilled 4mm holes just 0.586 inches apart. They feature a convenient hole for securely attaching a standard 1/4-inch bolt. A dedicated design also makes them interchangeable when desired, while attempts to reinforce the hinged design through extensive filling had proven to be too feeble despite operating at maximum capacity.
