See the pdf file for a more detailed description of how to attach accessories to 1-inch T-Slot extruded rails using this design. This clamp is specifically designed for use with 80/20 extrusion, profile 1010, and can be quickly attached or repositioned on a T-Slot extrusion. The intention behind this design is to provide you with a flexible solution that can be easily adapted to meet your specific needs; Solidworks and Sketchup source files are included in the uploaded files. This design relies on gluing the clamps to a box for the lamp, where ABS was used due to its excellent bonding properties. To create a strong adhesive for ABS, dissolve bits of ABS filament in acetone to make a thin paste. Unfortunately, I have not found any suitable adhesive for PLA that can create a secure joint, so this design should be printed in ABS or modified to accommodate another attachment method. Revision 9/28/2017: A chamfer was added on the cutout for the power connector to ensure the panel thickness is compatible with the switch. The affected files are box.stl, box.factory, and lamp.sldprt; however, I did not update lamp.skp with the chamfered cutout.
