3D printable t-slot cover for 25mm 8020 aluminum extrusion, based off of 8020 part number 25-2112, found here. Use it to manage or hide wires, or just make your t-slot extrusions look better. 3D printed pieces work surprisingly well. STL model is 100mm long; see printing note below for custom lengths. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 100 Notes: Can print first layer up to 0.4mm, but other layers should be finer (I used 0.2mm) to get details so the slot cover holds in the slot. Sizing Custom Lengths To make longer or shorter, scale along the length axis in your slicer program. For this model, that should be the Y-Axis. I recommend printing a longer 100mm piece and then cutting to length for particularly small pieces (like I have pictured). This will give clean edges and ensure the piece sticks to the print bed well. Post-Printing Cut to size as needed. How I Designed This Based on CAD models and drawings from 8020 parts catalog, edited in Fusion 360.
