t-slot card holder
thingiverse
Treated myself to a delta printer with a laser for etching, and it was worth every penny. To avoid being blinded by the bright lights, I designed a simple guard that gets the job done, allowing me to skip wearing goggles during my 30-minute etches. As an added bonus, I've relegated the printer to the utility room where it won't set off the smoke alarm. The STL file is optimized for thin card at a 120-degree angle and 20mm high. If you want to make any adjustments, I've also uploaded the openSCAD source code. To get started, simply place all the files in the same directory and edit the card_holder source file.
