T-slot Adjustable Angle Hinge

Design for an adjustable connector to join two 1010 type T-slot rails together seamlessly. Currently in the early stages of development, other pieces are likely to undergo changes. Most probably, holes will be drilled for nuts or bolts (essential) and an alternate hinge piece with a base anchor attached. Yes, there's another hinge designed for T-slot rails, but upon closer inspection, it appears suited for a different application. In this case, the goal is to set the angle between T-slot rails end-to-end, which could have additional uses. The hinge will be held together by a nut and bolt with some washers, although they are not currently shown in the design render. The primary objective here is to utilize widely available T-slot rails as a foundation for an assembly jig. This would enable users to set angles for various parts, while inserts that fit into the T-slots hold model components together for assembly and gluing (primarily targeting RC or model aircraft enthusiasts). The original Rev1 components were based on imperial measurements, converted to millimeters (2.54mm for a 1" rail size). Although this conversion is now correct, adjustments may be necessary to achieve tolerance; some finishing like light sanding might be required.
