I'm building a laser engraver but couldn't find the right roller for standard t-slot aluminum, so I made my own. Here's what worked: OD24 x ID16x W10.5 (mm). Update: 12/08/2016: v1.1 prints seem fine now, but support is crucial - my print doesn't have a solid bottom layer without it, so the outer diameter has been increased to 24mm. 13/08/2016: V2 final! I printed with and without support, and they both turned out well (depending on your printer). Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: Infill doesn't seem to matter; a raft is definitely required!
