T-Sk8 wheels bridge the gap between maker rails and standard t-slot extrusions such as Faztek and 80/20 by design. Machined from solid polycarbonate, they feature low profile captive geometry for increased strength and mounting options over traditional t-slot bearings. Metric 20 series wheels are made available first and are fully compatible with all plates and accessories from DIY suppliers like Inventables.com and the OpenBuilds Parts Store. UPDATE: The FAZ wheel file is specific to Faztek extrusions, and the 80/20 wheel file is specific to 80/20 extrusions. A big challenge with this project is that not all 1"x1" t-slot extrusions are the same. Specification files will be added as soon as possible. Print these files at 100% infill and use support where the thing touches the bed for best results. A high strength co-polymer filament is recommended over PLA or ABS. These wheels are best milled on a lathe from bar stock like nylon or polycarbonate rod, but the stl files can be helpful in prototyping your build. UPDATE 12/19: New MK2 files have been added! These wheels are optimized to print with solid infill and no supports using any material. Specs will follow as soon as possible.
