This handle is designed for t-shank style jigsaw blades. Crafting a pumpkin carving tool from a jigsaw blade, I have successfully held the blade firmly and cut through cardboard effortlessly. However, it's yet to be tested on a pumpkin. The assembly process includes steps such as printing the handle and plug, inserting the t-shank jigsaw blade and plug, and sealing it with a zip tie around the neck groove for stability. Ensure that the zip tie is tight to prevent wobbling and keep pressure on the blade, while keeping the plug slightly above flush when tied.
