T-rex Arms Sidecar holster 2.0 spacer
thingiverse
This is a spacer for the T-rex Arms Sidecar 2.0 Holster. It spreads out the distance between the holster and the mag/accessory pouch approx 1/2". I made this so the clips can clear a large belt buckle. I have also found that it helps keep the magazine from hinging into my belly at an uncomfortable angle. The wings on the back of the spacer are there because I found that without them my belt would hinge the spacer in almost 90 degrees. They prevent that. Attached are files with and without the wings. the file posted is for LEFT HANDED HOLTERS. For right handed persons just mirror the part in your slicer. Also attached is the conFusion 360 file so anyone can modify it easily. My printer has poor tolerances so my printed dimensions differ from the part file, some dimensions may need to be tweaked for your printer. The part was created using parameters so you can easily change what you need. The file will be updated later with descriptions to make the purpose of the parameters easy to determine. When printed in TPU the spacer also allows for some flex between the gun and mag pouch making it possible to put on your shoes with out discomfort. All else you will need to use this is another pin and extra rubber bushing.
