I was building a machine using PG20 and was frustrated by the T-nuts slipping and also knowing they would not stay in place for maintenance. To use this little keeper, just slip the t-nut into the keeper and then slide into the PG20 profile. I used SBS to print, it's got some nice "give" keeping the whole assembly tight in the slot.
