I designed this T-nut for 40x40 aluminum extrution. Purpouse of this design was, to have no plastic between nut and profile. you can tighten the bolt down to the max without cracking the plastic. Use a regular DIN M6 nut and a DIN wahsher for M6 to secure the nut in the body.
