A simple gadget simplifies fitting common M5 hex nuts onto 20x20 aluminum extrusions while grinding. To make it work, just cut two parallel ridges on the hex nut to fit snugly into place. This handy device saves time and makes the process much easier. Note: When grinding ABS materials, consider using a higher temperature setting to achieve better results. PLA may not be the best choice due to its sensitivity to heat. The tool is designed for 8mm wrench-sized M5 hex nuts. If your hex nut has different dimensions, you'll need to adjust this gadget accordingly, perhaps by scaling it up or down.
