I only found M4 at my local hardware store, so I converted the M3 part to M4. With a 0.08mm layer height, it fits snugly. I uploaded the image in three formats, hoping Thingiverse will eventually display it. There's also https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2544883/, but unfortunately, I didn't find that one before remixing my own design.
