Saw how well the twist on t-nut design worked to keep itself in place and remixed it into a completely different item I was trying to work around already. Cable support keeps the cable from drooping too far onto bed, catching onto prints and blocks the x end stop. Fitment is fairly tight, but there's a chance the t-nut could snap if tolerances are off and too tight. A little tweaking might be needed, but I've printed 3 or 4 and all are working okay right now. The position it's placed in my photo is likely too close, a little further to the edge would be better now that I look at it. This isn't a huge problem if your cables aren't completely zip tied to the frame somewhere and they can still move back and forward through a guide with the machine as needed. Mine is currently tied right to the x motor with a mount on top.
