Update #2: - Optimized the model to be printed with any printer/slicer and not need Cura magic anymore - Added variations SOFT (one dot at the top), HARD (two dots) and ULTRA (three dots). - You should start with HARD (that's what I'm using) - Mounting: You just need the TPU spring and one of the original springs on top (see picture 2). _____ See before/after video of the little mod here: https://youtu.be/TWyLfXht0RY I really like the Thrustmaster T-LCM Loadcell pedals but even the stiffest red springs on the brake felt a little too weak and had a noticeable endpoint. A more realistic feeling would be more / progressive force and a softer endpoint. Here is a simple 3D TPU print to do just that. I tried several iterations, as I had no idea how to even make a TPU printed spring. I learned a lot in the process and version 9 feels way better than standard. I think more versions will follow, but I'm quiet happy with the result so far. I used TPU with a shore hardness of A98 (Extrudr TPU medium Neon Orange). More flexible/elastic TPU won't work I guess.
