T-Handles for Small Allen Wrenches

T-Handles for Small Allen Wrenches

thingiverse

Small Allen wrenches and large fingers don't make a good team, especially when using small Allen keys. A tiny T-handle set is hard to come by as most are too big for tight spaces like the Replicator. This design offers an easy solution by adding a handle to your small Allen wrench. It also includes a round screwdriver-like alternative. The .zip file contains five different sizes of .stl files for both T and Round handles: 1.25mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3/32in (2.4mm). The .scad files are also included, making it easy to adjust the size if needed. Print the handle halves, insert the wrench, remove any excess material with an X-Acto knife, apply a few drops of CA adhesive, and press the halves together. Be careful not to glue your fingers!
