T-Handle brackets for pickup canopy
thingiverse
These T-handle replacements consist of three metal parts for a pickup canopy. As my original handles were damaged and local replacements unavailable, these serve as a temporary fix. The handle mechanism remains intact from the originals. Print each part (using Replicator at 50% infill, no raft) and bond faces with acetone for alignment. This is a short-term solution until proper handles are found. The outer bracket has a slot that limits rotation to 90 degrees but lacks a hole for the locking pin, rendering key locks inoperable. A single scad file produces both parts; set showTop to true or false for top or bottom part printing.
