T&C Grinder Patterns/Parts
thingiverse
I'm building my T&C grinder on YouTube as "Chirpy's Tinkerings". You can find all my progress here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLARRPqfckvhYYo9HTelYrTA-19-VLSH7U. The STL files for the split patterns, designated by _T&C_shaft_ends_XXX.stl, require a 6mm alignment pin. There are three parts to print: one left side marked (Lx1), one right side marked (Rx1), and another with x2 at the end, which serves as both sides. So, you can get away with printing just these three parts. I printed mine at a fast 0.4mm layer height and achieved a stair-stepped pattern visible in the castings shown in my videos.
With this file you will be able to print T&C Grinder Patterns/Parts with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on T&C Grinder Patterns/Parts.
