The T&G Building, located in Brisbane QLD 4000, Australia, was originally constructed in 1923 and served as headquarters for the US Army Forces in the Far East until 1966. Now, it houses various businesses such as a doctor's surgery, hairdressing salon, watch repairer, and taxation accountant. The building stands at 88 meters with 25 floors, having been built in 1969. A native Sketchup file of the building is available in the 2017 version, geo-referenced and ready for Thea Render 1.5 for Sketchup. The model features a low polygonal representation with correctly scaled objects, optimized resolutions, easily modifiable colors, fully textured materials, and all included textures mapped in every format.
