Every part you will need is printed you may need a cutting pliers and a tweezers to help in assembling sandpaper / file may be needed if you will have imperfections (especially on tracks) or you will have the printer set to too big flow for example - Use 'hook-TEST' model and 'hook' model for the test before printing any other part. Hook should stay by its own in the test part but you should be able to take it out using some force. You may need to change slicer options (like flow or horizontal expansion) for this model if it will be too lose or to hard to put it WARNING: NOT FOR SMALL KIDS Small parts and some not as strong to be kid-proof Printed on JG Maker A1 (JG Aurora A1) with Steel Eco Line PLA from Print-ME and Black PET-G (only few parts like connectors). Weight 135g Old version in 1:33 scale was printed with Grey PLA on the same printer. Weight ~165g Model is based on the T-34/76 blueprints and photos It may not fit the real scheme (may have older/newer modules that didn't happen to exist in same time on one tank). I'm not really into historical accuracy (nor with my interest nor with informations I have and could get). Some parts are not as in real (beacuse of no supports goal and/or no good photos found) You may print it smaller but you will need smaller nozzle (66% for 0.3mm, 50% for 0.2 etc.) - but then tracks may not work at all (or it can be even too difficult to assemble them, it was not tested. Or bigger (125% with 0.5 or 0.25 nozzle etc.) You can print the tank without the tracks and use printed rubber bands ('wheel_main-steel_rubber'). It will work like a car then Short video showing working tracks and wheels https://youtu.be/MaleFolxUx4 Another short vid with few photos https://www.instagram.com/p/CPBAFGxLeq4/ Some backstage photos and images: Blender 3D screen with model: https://www.instagram.com/p/COH53JoL0-i/ Print video: https://www.instagram.com/p/COLM5ixLw_N/ Sneak peek: https://www.instagram.com/p/CONnogNLtLS/ Parts: https://www.instagram.com/p/COVLJHrLoeP/ Tanks Family: https://www.instagram.com/p/CNw37UOrOZU/ WIP photos and renders of prototype https://www.instagram.com/p/B5VMGByJez6/ https://www.instagram.com/p/B6Af3mvJi4c/ https://www.instagram.com/p/B8HGbshpGEV/ https://www.instagram.com/p/B-kH3sXpzAh/ https://www.instagram.com/p/B_zhrBuD6da/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CAVr02bJ35q/ Wallpapers: https://www.deviantart.com/avenegerc47/art/T-34-76-wallpaper-front-842472579 https://www.deviantart.com/avenegerc47/art/T-34-76-wallpaper-back-842474233 Edit 20 V 2020 Updated instruction Added a link to free test-print of tracks Update 05 VII 2020 Small fix of hull_base file (inside faces, intersections) And fix for tracks-with-rods (4 and 18) Update 09 VIII 2020 -hull_base - fixes, little changes -main-gun_barrel_v2 - second version of gun barrel, not as often used but better looking -new tracks (wide [29-30x2 for one side] and narrow[35x2 on side]) - 'narrow' should work best, normal tracks should look best, 'wide' is sth between them -track-rod-band - changed a little for less work with tracks assembling - cut in the middle of lines -wheel connectors - should be less wobbling -wheel_rubber - to play with a tank on hard floor without tracks - use on at least 4 big wheels -wheel_small-back - resized to be closer to original (now its bigger than 'small wheel front' -wheel_spacer-gear_4 - use it for normal and 'wide' tracks to be working better ; normal gear (5) may be better for 'narrow' version but I'm not sure -wooden-box - new addon (hanging on side handles) Update 30 IV 2021 Changed from 1:33 scale to more popular 1:35 Most parts were improved for easier printing and assembling Update 19 II 2022 Updated pdf instruction with background changed to white (cheaper to print) New addon - axe 3 new sets of main wheels in few versions each (12 models total) - main-road see t-34-76_2022_roadwheels_0.jpg
