A simple device for tightening common T 2.5 belts; it works with GT2 belts as well. The idler has no teeth or other mechanisms; its sole purpose is to apply tension to the belt. As a very basic model, this idler lacks features like ball bearings and bushings. Its design consists of just a hole drilled into the material, accompanied by a 3mm bolt holding it in place. To ensure successful printing: * Use any raft settings as desired. * Supports can be applied with or without the use of rafts. After the printing process is complete, remove any excess material from the print and proceed to polish it. Then, slightly enlarge the hole created by the bolt until it reaches a smooth finish. This modification enables the belt to rotate freely.
