Systainer T loc insert base

Systainer T loc insert base

This is a base for the inside of Festool / Tanos T loc systainers. I searched for a file to do this and found a couple but they did not work well, so I drew my own in Vcarve pro and it works really great so I will share it here for people to use. It is designed as a base for making your own custom fitted inserts in systainers for whatever you need. This will fit very nicely but will allow you to remove it as well. I cut it with a 4mm compression bit from 9mm plywood and I did an MDF one as well. I am assuming this will work for a laser as well but have no laser to test it. Note 1. If you try to cut it with an endmill larger than 4mm it will likely refuse to cut because of the small notch at the front. Note 2. I have one systainer with a slightly different internal pattern (it is a Fein branded one) the front is identical but the ribs inside the back are different. So check before you make one. vectric file now attached as well as DXF and SVG. Edit I have added files with dimensions on now. I realise it has not accepted the PDF files perhaps it does not accept the format. Ollie
