Systainer collet holder for Festool OF 1010 router

It's been observed that the Systainer insert included with the Festool OF 1010 router lacks a designated spot for storing the spare collet. To address this issue, I created a custom piece that can be easily integrated into the existing system. First, drill a 1/2" hole in an open area of the raised section on the Systainer insert. Next, insert the custom piece into the hole and secure it in place using the provided printed nut. With this setup, you'll find that threading the collet onto the top is a straightforward process. The collet threads were intentionally designed to be slightly loose, eliminating any potential fussiness when using the spare collet. A layer height of 0.1mm is required for optimal thread quality and accuracy.
