My enclosure solution is a server rack by Sysrack (12U model) that fits a full MK3S with spools in place. Assembly of the rack requires dropping the shelf to its lowest position possible, or not installing it at all. Fan wiring must be connected to the temperature controller. Add LED strips of your choice as well. This solution allows for controlled exhaust fan operation to prevent excessive temperature increases. The rack is not sealed, creating multiple air intakes. When powered up, the exhaust fan does not produce strong airflow, cooling the inside evenly and preventing warping. Files to organize Sysrack Server Enclosure for Prusa MK3S include: - A bracket (2 parts) to hold a temperature controller in a 1U position. Use #4 screws to join halves and regular rack screws to secure it. - A Raspberry Pi holder, attached outside using wall mount holes. - A Microsoft 1425 Webcam Holder that snaps into side of 1U screws. - A Standard Camera Screw.
