This is the syringe pump blueprint for our Biomaker FPLC system. Key features: Sturdy upright design with Arduino snugly housed within the base. The luer loc connector forms part of a detachable adapter, making it easy to fine-tune the seal between the base and syringe. A threaded brass knurl insert nut bonded to the removable adapter securely connects tubing (1.75mm OD PEEK) using a precision-crafted printed screw - an area ripe for improvement. The tubing exits the pump at a 90-degree angle on the side. Buttons and a status LED enable manual control of the pump, as well as seamless integration with the master control unit via i2c communication protocol.
