This holds 30cc syringes and the tall narrow Lantus insulin vial of insulin. Its dimensions are approximately 52.6 mm x 87.5 mm x 76 mm (rounded up). I'd suggest enlarging by 14.29% at least to make sure will fit a regular insulin vial but that's a rough ball park. Yo may have to experiment on size to get to fit a regular insulin vial.
