Syntace C2 Aero bars (TT bars) clamp adapter
thingiverse
Syntace C2 Aero bars are incredibly stiff and trustworthy good aero bars. However, they now come with some usability issues - the clamp diameter is 26mm for a 1-inch clamp, an outdated standard. Latest bikes employ oversized clamps, making it necessary to use a clamp adapter if you want to pair your C2 bars with a 31.8mm / 1-1/8 inch handlebar. I created this adapter for the Syntace C2 aerobars because the company no longer sells clamp adapters. You will need the following parts and printer settings for assembly: 4 M6 size Allen head bolts (40mm in length - if using a 22mm clamp, you'll require 30mm long bolts) Print these adaptors at least to 70% fill Set the shell thickness to at least 1mm, but ideally 1.6mm Ensure both bottom and top thicknesses are also at least 1mm, with 1.6mm being the recommended value
